The Russian military is denying claims by rebel-linked groups that its warplanes bombed several civilian areas in Idlib province on Monday. Syrian Civil Defense had earlier claimed Russian strikes killed at least five people in the province, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights made a similar claim.
