You know, something really strikes me about the quoted piece of that NYT editorial in the US section for today's update - "...reversing climate change". A tiny little detail, but it just inadvertently shows how firmly wedged in the sand the heads of the 'responsible serious evidence led' centrist pundits are, in the face of the conclusions of even the most conservative IPCC reports.
*that they even consider that possible, somehow, when most of the discussion is now simply 'avoiding' 'catastrophic climate change' (although the 'non catastrophic' climate change is still one in which 'business as usual' is impossible, despite what some seem to think)
