SYRIA
Another Israeli missile attack left at least one Syrian soldier wounded on Monday. The strike targeted military facilities near Damascus, according to Syrian state media. This is the second Israeli attack on Syria in four days. Elsewhere, the Biden administration on Monday imposed travel bans on three senior Syrian military officers over their alleged roles in the apparent chemical weapons attack in Ghouta back in 2013. It’s unlikely any of them were planning a holiday jaunt to the US but if they were it seems they’re out of luck now.
