According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, at least 13 people have been killed in two days of clashes between Hayat Tahrir al-Sham and Syrian militants backed by Turkey. This fighting apparently began in the town of al-Bab and has spread to other parts of northern Aleppo province. At least three of the dead have been civilian noncombatants.
