No mention at all of the hundreds of other Armenian POWs and civilians that continue to languish in Azerbaijani jails 7 months after the ceasefire agreement, with 3 elderly Armenian civilians from Artsakh being propped up in a kangaroo court show trial as organizers of "anti Azeri genocide." Any reading of last year's ceasefire will show that the return of every single captured individual (whether military or civilian) be returned to the other party. Armenia has fulfilled this requirement. Azerbaijan has not. And there was literally nothing mentioned about "mine maps" in the agreement. You sure seem to take the (correct) skeptical approach to every other international development, but somehow when it comes to Armenia and Azerbaijan you muddy the waters and obfuscate the truth just like every other major Western news outlet that you always decry. I guess covering for a petro fascist dictatorship that teaches its children to hate and kill Armenians is the cool left thing to do.

Yes I try to be skeptical across the board, not “skeptical except for this one thing Brent cares about.” There are lots of places you can go for unabashedly pro-Armenia commentary and I’d recommend you give those places a try. As to the substance of your comment, the ceasefire hasn’t been fulfilled yet on many issues apart from just POWs, particularly with respect to the regional transit issues I mentioned, and I would suggest that the reason mine maps weren’t included is because the use of land mines violates international law and shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place.
