SYRIA
A rocket strike on the northern Syrian town of Tell Abyad killed at least three people and wounded several others on Wednesday. Early indications point to the Syrian Democratic Forces militia, given that Tell Abyad is under Turkish control. But the SDF is denying involvement and claims that an unspecified drone carried out the attack.
