A car bombing targeting a police vehicle in southeastern Turkey’s Diyarbakır province sent nine people to the hospital on Friday, though some or all of them went only as a precaution and there are no reports of serious injuries. Turkish authorities are already blaming the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) for the blast, which given the location and the target seems like a reasonable conclusion.
