SYRIA

The US military’s “Mission Support Site Conoco” base in eastern Syria came under rocket attack on Monday. One projectile struck the base to no apparent effect. It’s likely an Iranian-aligned militia was responsible though Islamic State can’t be ruled out. I haven’t seen any indication of a US response though one may be forthcoming.
