This week, the warring parties in Sudan blew through another temporary ceasefire. After a delay in voting, the United Nations Security Council voted to terminate its peacekeeping mission in Mali, with all troops gone by the end of the year. The Kremlin announced that Iran would be made a full member of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization as soon as next week. And, Wagner Boss Yevgeny Prigozhin, along with thousands of his fighters, has relocated himself to Belarus as part of the deal that ended his weekend mutiny.
