Negotiations on reviving the 2015 Iran Nuclear Deal showed signs of progress. Turkmenistan’s long-time ruler looks to be handing at least some power over to a successor—presumably his son. And the Iraqi Supreme Federal Court disqualified presidential candidate Hoshyar Zebari.
