A car bombing rocks Russia, Ethiopia's ceasefire falters, and more
This week, factional infighting among Yemen’s pro-government coalition continued. There was new progress in talks to revive the 2015 Iran nuclear deal. Russia accused Ukraine of a car bombing apparently targeting Russian nationalist commentator. Major fighting broke out in Ethiopia for the first time since March. And the US launched a flurry of attacks targeting “Iran-backed groups” in eastern Syria.
