This week, the Azerbaijani military set up a checkpoint blocking the Lachin Corridor that likely violates the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh armistice. Yoon Suk-yeol and Joe Biden agreed to open the door to deploying US nuclear-armed submarines to South Korean ports. Fighting between the Sudanese military and Rapid Support Forces raged on, despite multiple ceasefires.
