In the last two weeks escalating conflict between Saudi Arabia and the Yemeni Houthi/Ansurallah movement halted commercial traffic in the Red Sea. Some 60,000 migrants entered the Spanish North African enclave of Ceuta. India’s Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan resigned amid scandal. Over 20 Palestinian towns were raided by Israeli settlers and security forces. And Brazil’s government sought to clamp down on US-backed election interference.
